Elmira's Service Department is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Road service and towing are both available during these times. All makes and models, including trailers and reefer units can be serviced. Experienced factory trained technicians can get you back on the road quickly, reducing downtime and costs.

Heavy Duty Service Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Light Duty Service Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Elmira Parts Department is fully stocked with Mack parts for all your needs and also carries parts for other makes and models. GMC and UD parts are also available.

Beam Mack's Sales Department, manned by New York's best and most knowledgeable Mack salesmen, is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
